Payroll & Human Resources: Paychecks
Any employee who is not on direct deposit will have their paychecks mailed to the home address listed in the Paycom system. Checks for the Pay Period Ending 3/15/2020 will be mailed on Friday, March 20th. You can change the address in the Paycom system by clicking on the Information tile when you first log onto Paycom, and make the required changes to your personal contact information. Again, we would encourage everyone to be on direct deposit for your paycheck so that you get your pay quickly, uninterrupted and avoid having to go to a bank, check cashing service or ATM. Please see the yesterday’s communique for a copy of the direct deposit authorization form.
All employees and supervisors need to continue to utilize the Paycom system for reporting their time worked. Supervisors need to remember to approve employee Time Off Requests, Punch Change Requests and time at the end of each pay period. Supervisors can access Paycom remotely to approve the time of their employees.
Work Phone Access for Telecommuters
If you are telecommuting and want to have your work phone forwarded to an external number (i.e. cell phone, home phone, Google Voice, etc.) please submit a support ticket to the IT Help Desk, and IT will turn on call forwarding remotely. This will be the same function as if you pressed “CFwdALL” on your phone and entered a number. You can cancel the forwarding at your desk by pressing CFwdALL.
When opening a ticket, please provide your current work phone number and the external phone number to which you want the calls forwarded.
If you are still in the office, you can set up the call forwarding yourself by pressing CFwdALL on your phone and entering the full 10 digit number to forward calls.
